Casali has always had as mission the creation of  innovative and original products to reinvent the spaces of interior design  with new ways of glass manufacturing able to join art, functionality and safety.

All this requested years of investments and “commitment of architects and designers that cooperate constantly with Casali to find out new solutions to offer  to our customers products of  style and quality,

Anyway, often the efforts of Casali and his collaborators are menaced by companies that ignore the research work made on each product and decide to copy illegitimately solutions of Casali exclusive property selling them without the same warranties of safety and reliability offered by Casali to its own clients.

To protect its own products and customers Casali has decided to assert its rights in front of competent authorities against whom were  responsible   of property rights violation and forgery.

Casali  has obtained satisfaction from the Court of Bologna that recognized the originality of Casali models and verified large violations by other companies (suit R.G. 19242/2010; R.G. 4607/2011, R.G. 4608/2011).

Casali is strongly committed to protect not only the originality of its creations, but mainly its customers in order to assure them an offer of original products with certified quality.
